Summary: The hotel is great, and the staff is very helpful. Rooms are quite large and have a small kitchen area. Be aware that there is not daily housekeeping, but you can ask for clean towels, etc. when needed. The upside of this location is that it was super close to Oktoberfest - literally a 5 minute walk! It's also very close to the train station.The downside of the location is that it's not a great area of Munich.I would not feel safe in this area if I were out alone at night.
